Daily 9:30 AM yoga classes at the Light Keepers Inn located right next door to the Pub down by the Marina. Join Christy, Amy or Ann for a flowing yoga class that integrates breath and movement, inner and outer alignment, strength and flexibility to calm and quiet your mind and body.
